The contract includes optional lots defined in the tender specifications. The details of the tasks entrusted to the contractor are set out in the tender specifications. The services are paid for by lump sums and unit prices. The present contract concerns a full Design and Works contract for the demolition of the deck of the M14 bridge, which crosses the Hers-Mort between Saint Alban and Castelginest, as well as for accompanying works for the hydro-morphological restoration of the Hers-Mort in the area of influence of this deck. The studies carried out as part of the PAPI intention have highlighted an insufficient hydraulic section in view of the flows passing through the watercourse, thus aggravating the risk of flooding in this sector: 120 built assets are exposed to a 30-year flood, including several establishments receiving large or sensitive numbers of people (school, gymnasium, swimming pool, supermarket...) and up to 380 for the 100-year flood. At the bridge, the deck must be removed over a minimum width of 13m and a height of 1m. The contract includes standardised elements of the design and works contract as defined in the Public Procurement Code: - preliminary design studies (AVP) - design studies (PRO) - assistance to the contracting authority in the award of the construction contract(s) (ACT) - checking for compliance with the project and approval of the studies carried out by the contractor (VISA) - management of the execution of the construction contract (DET) - assistance to the contracting authority during the reception operations and during the guarantee period for completion (AOR) As well as additional tasks "outside the standard design and works contract", namely: Diagnostic, Hydraulic Study, Cost/Benefit Analysis, OPC Mission, topographical surveys and geotechnical missions.
