This notice concerns a single-supplier framework agreement (in accordance with the provisions of Articles R2362-1 to 2362-6 of the Public Procurement Code) for defence or security with purchase orders for the "Acquisition of training, evacuation and cold-water intervention suits and associated services in metropolitan France and overseas for the benefit of the armed forces." It is part of a procedure with prior publicised negotiation in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2324-3, R2324-3 and R2361-8 to R2361-12 of the Public Procurement Code. It includes: - a part with purchase orders in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 2362-8 of the Public Procurement Code; - a part for supply or service contingencies to cover potential technical contingencies in accordance with Articles R. 2372-19 to R. 2372-21 of the Public Procurement Code. The maximum amount of the framework agreement over 4 years is 2,014,000 € excluding tax.
