Total contractor services are being procured for the new construction of a kindergarten in modular timber construction for the city of Landsberg in Landsberg am Lech. The award of total contractor services is based on the functional service description including annexes. The scope of the total contractor's services includes all necessary planning and consulting services as well as general contractor services for the construction, which are necessary for the completion of the kindergarten, including outdoor facilities, in a turnkey, functional, officially approved and defect-free manner (in the sense of the contract purpose).
