The municipality of Rückersdorf requires the construction of a new daycare centre at Schlossgasse 18, 90607 Rückersdorf. The construction project includes a 5-group daycare centre (4 after-school groups and 1 toddler group), which is to be carried out as a new build. The task of the general contractor is the complete management of the new construction of the daycare centre based on the Functional Specification. The listed barn present on the property is to be integrated into the planning (e.g. only the pre-installation of the building services for the later commissioning of the barn is to be planned), but it is not part of the execution.
