1.1. The subject of the contract is the supply of orthopaedic implants, divided into parts: Part 1 – supply of orthopaedic implants I, Part 2 – supply of orthopaedic implants II for the Municipal Specialist Hospital named after M. Kopernika in Torun. 1.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ, which also serves as the assortment-price form.
