Belgium – Track construction works – CSC 57/52/5/22/027 - Renouvellement Voies-AS-LRS Cuesmes-Quévy - Travaux multidisciplinaires : Voie, Signalisation et Caténaire

The present contract is a works contract. The company is responsible for the execution of the works as defined by the deposited plans, the attached bill of quantities and the various documents of the reference contract. It mainly includes:

Renewal between Cuesmes and Quévy (Outside Quévy station) - L96 track B: Renewal of rails on track B between Cuesmes and Quévy (60E1 for 60E1): BK 62.929 to BK 72.666. Jumps at level crossings 108 and 110. (See LRS plan in annex 2) - L96 track B: Renewal of sleepers and rails 1090 m between BK 72.666 and BK 73756 (Just before the TJD 02I/01BI which will be split). - L96 tracks A and B: Drainage of old level crossing 106 (2 X 15 mV RTB) Renewal in Quévy station -> (See layout plan in annex 2) - Renewal of AW in Quévy station: (Between BK 73.800 and 75.223) o L96 VP: 01AI – 09AI – 09BI o Station VA: 04I/03I – 06I o TJD 02I/01BI split -> AW 01BI and AW 02I o Removal of AW 08AI – 08BI: replacement with mainline track (BK 75.100). - Renewal of RTB in station: o L96 tracks A and B (from the link 01AI/BI to the tip of link 09AI/BI) / ! \ Change from 50E2 to 60E1. o Tracks in station 413 + 414 + IY + IZ: 50E2 profile retained. (See layout plan in annex 2) - Renewal of rails only on track 415 (=Ibis track) and track 423 (=F track): 50E2 retained. (See layout plan) Including: - Earthworks at various depths - Transport and removal of various types of spoil - Tamping, levelling and lining of tracks and track components - Execution of aluminothermic welds - Track lifting - Adjustment of stresses in components and on mainline track - Revision tamping of tracks and track components - Provision of workers and rail-road equipment with operator - Construction of circulation track - Deposit of materials - Laying/removal of ART The removal of rust from track sections and components. Various signalling works: - Removal and laying of JADE track circuits; - Removal and relaying of TBL1+ beacons - Removal and relaying of cable connections to rail - Removal and relaying - laying of ducts for cables in trenches. - ...
