Czechia – Software-related services – Broadcast management system

The subject of the performance of this public contract is: I. securing a license to use a software solution to support key processes at Czech Television for a minimum period of 15 years; II. providing related implementation services, including activities such as project management, process analysis and design of their optimization, installation of SW, configuration and setup, development of missing functionalities, data migration, testing, user and administrator training, support of test operation and transition to production operation and processing of documentation; III. providing regular system maintenance services, i.e. providing new system versions and installing updates, and system operation support services, i.e. technical support, monitoring and maintenance services, incident and problem resolution, ensuring availability and performance/response, problem resolution (helpdesk) and system optimization and IV. providing consultations and development based on separate orders for the duration of the system's life cycle.
