Poland – Car repair services – „Świadczenie usług (wraz z zakupem części w celu napraw bieżących i obsługi technicznej) w zakresie napraw bieżących oraz obsługi technicznej pojazdów służbowych użytkowanych przez jednostki policji woj. lubuskiego - POŁUDNIE - powtórzenie II”

1. The subject of the contract is “Provision of services (including the purchase of parts for current repairs and technical maintenance) in the field of current repairs and technical maintenance of official vehicles used by the police units of the Lubuskie region - POŁUDNIE - repeat II”

2. CPV codes: main: 50112100-4 (vehicle repair services), additional: 34300000-0 (vehicle and engine parts and accessories); 09211000-1 (lubricating oils and lubricants); 09211100-2 (engine oils), 24961000-8 (cooling liquids); 09211400-5 (gear oils); 09211600-7 (oils for use in hydraulic systems and for other purposes); 09211650-2 (brake fluids).

3. The scope of the contract includes:

1) technical maintenance, which means diagnostics (technical condition assessment), including computer diagnostics (reading error codes, fault diagnosis) of the vehicle, according to the range provided by the vehicle manufacturer for a given mileage/age or according to the vehicle computer's indications, as well as engine oil change with oil filter, air filter, cabin filter and fuel filter, and checking the proper functioning of the privileged signalling and the condition of the power generator, if the vehicle is equipped with it. All actions necessary to restore the vehicle's operability, exceeding the scope of technical maintenance and the range of parts/spare parts qualified during the vehicle's diagnostics for replacement or repair, will be included in the repair cost estimate – technical maintenance up to 2 working days.

2) current repairs, which means diagnostics and replacement of damaged mechanical and electrical parts as a result of a failure that occurred during the vehicle's use, as well as checking the proper functioning of the privileged signalling and refilling the car air conditioning (refilling its installation with the refrigerant R134a, R1234yf) - current repairs up to 7 working days.

4. The list of official vehicles covered by the subject service is an integral part of the contract – Annex no. 5.1-5.5 to SWZ. (for parts 1-5)

5. Detailed requirements regarding the method of contract implementation, deadlines and payment rules, as well as other legal regulations, are contained in the Contract Project - Annex no. 6 to SWZ.

6. The contracting authority requires the contractor to have, during the contract implementation period, a valid insurance policy in the scope of civil liability for the conducted activity in the amount of at least 100,000.00 PLN related to the subject of the contract. /The contractor is obliged to submit the above policy on the date of signing the contract/.

7. The contractor must implement the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements of SWZ and its annexes.
