Romania – Engineering design services for the construction of civil engineering works – “SERVICII DE PROIECTARE SI ASISTENTA TEHNICA PENTRU INFRASTRUCTURA DIN CAZARMA 2645 BABADAG” - cod proiect: 2021 - C/I – 2645 (proiectare și asistenta tehnica)

The total duration of the design services is 38 months, broken down as follows: - the effective duration of the design services to be carried out by the Contractor is 6 months from the date mentioned in the Order for the Start of Design Services, in accordance with the activities mentioned in point 2 of the Terms of Reference, Stage I: I.1, I.2, I.3, I.4, I.7; - the duration of the tasks to be carried out by the Contracting Authority is 2 months, in accordance with the activities mentioned in point 2 of the Terms of Reference, Stage I: I.5, I.6, I.8. - the provision of technical assistance throughout the execution of the designed works, respectively 30 months (the award of the works contract will be the subject of another procedure), from the date of commencement of the works, mentioned in the order for the start of the works and until the date of approval of the acceptance minutes at the completion of the works without objections or the date of the minutes of the settlement of any objections; .The warranty period granted for the works executed, including the installed equipment and machinery, is a minimum of 36 calendar months from the acceptance upon completion of the works, after the settlement of all objections noted by the acceptance commission, if any. The estimated value of the design works contract, subject to this procedure, is 5,174,767.22 lei excluding VAT, to which are added expenses for various and unforeseen items amounting to 566,125.75 lei excluding VAT. Breakdown of the estimated value: • Design value C – 2645: 405,926.70 lei excluding VAT; Design value I – 2645: 3,735,621.54 lei excluding VAT. Design value C/I – 2645: 4,141,548.23 lei excluding VAT; •Technical assistance value C – 2645: 105,563.60 lei excluding VAT. •Technical assistance value I – 2645: 927,655.39 lei excluding VAT. Technical assistance value C/I – 2645: 1,033,218.99 lei excluding VAT. ; Clarifications can be requested 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The Contracting Authority will communicate to all economic operators the responses to the clarification questions received – accompanied by the relevant questions – taking measures not to disclose the identity of the party who requested the respective clarifications, through the publication of these on the website www.e-licitatie.ro - SEAP - within the relevant participation notice of this procedure in the section „Documentaţii şi clarificări”. The Contracting Authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/information in the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
