Belgium – Demolition, site preparation and clearance work – EUR Weerbare Westhoek in Werkelijkheid – Sloop woning met bijgebouwen en loods te Westpoeselstraat 1A in Lo-Reninge

The contract concerns the dismantling and selective demolition of a site located at Westpoeselstraat 1A, 8647 Lo-Reninge. This contract is part of the project “Weerbare Westhoek in Werkelijkheid”, which is co-financed by the European Union via the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and by Flanders via the Fund for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (FIO). This plot is located in a fluvial floodplain and the building cannot be protected against frequent flooding. With this dossier, the plot is being redeveloped to act as a water buffer (action A17). The works include: the complete clearance of the site; the demolition of the house, shed, outbuildings and all appurtenances; the removal of hardstandings, infrastructure and underground constructions; the selective collection and processing of all waste streams, including asbestos, in accordance with the applicable regulations, the demolition follow-up plan and the safety and health plan; the backfilling to ground level and reseeding. Site visits: The candidate tenderer has the possibility to carry out a site visit in the presence of the contracting authority. The site visit allows the potential tenderer to view the actual condition of the buildings, to accurately analyse the difficulty of the works and to make additional findings and tests.
