This consultation concerns surveillance and security services for the Training Centre of the Seine-et-Marne Departmental Fire and Rescue Service (SDIS 77), located at 2 rue Ampère in Gurcy-le-Châtel (77520). The training centre consists of a set of buildings with a total area of 27,000 m² spread over a 17-hectare site. The site is classified as an ERP of type O with activities of type N of the 3rd category. The successful tenderer will be required to provide these services 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, with 12-hour shifts, and according to the agreed time slots, taking into account the site's operating mode:

- From 07:00 to 19:00.

- From 19:00 to 07:00.
