The purpose of the public contract is the reconstruction and extension of the existing building of the former hotel and the overall revitalization of the adjacent area with the aim of creating a modern accommodation facility. The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the work – the reconstruction and extension of the existing building No. 575/100 (hereinafter referred to as the "Work"). The Work will be carried out in accordance with the Documentation for the Implementation of the Construction prepared by Ing.Arch. Jakub Kuthan, with its registered office at Spojovací 467, 25301 Hostivice, IČO 87577402, which forms Annex No. 2 to these tender conditions, and in accordance with the issued Decision No. MUCH 84534/202. The subject of the public contract includes all the work and supplies, activities and actions necessary for the proper and timely completion of the Work as described in these tender conditions and their annexes. The precise specification of the subject of the public contract and the technical conditions are given in the documentation for the implementation of the construction and the technical report, which form Annex No. 2 of these tender conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "DPS") and in the blind list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of quantities, which forms Annex No. 3 of these tender conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "list of construction works"). A detailed specification of the contractor's obligations is further given in the draft contract for the work (hereinafter referred to as the "contract for the work"), which is Annex No. 1 of these tender conditions. The participant in the tender procedure (hereinafter also referred to as the "participant" or "contractor") will submit their price offer by completing the list of construction works. The offer will also include a draft construction schedule (see section 3.4.5 of the tender conditions). The relevant ČSN EN ISO standards apply to the construction work that is the subject of the public contract. The technical requirements of the products and construction work used are specified in the list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of quantities and the design part of the project documentation. The technical standards (descriptions of individual parts of the building) with the specification of building physics requirements and technical parameters of structures, technologies, products and materials and user standards, which unambiguously specify the qualitative parameters and complete requirements for the final form of the building, are described in detail in the attached project documentation, or in the list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of quantities and in the binding template of the contract for the work. All products used must comply with the relevant provisions of Act No. 22/1997 Coll., on technical requirements for products and on the amendment and supplement of certain laws. 2.5. Any necessary expropriations for construction, excavation permits, relocations, marking of networks, etc., will be arranged by the contractor at their own expense, with the costs necessary for the processing and implementation of these activities and works to be included in the offer price. The transport distances for the disposal of excavated material will be determined by the contractor. The contractor is obliged to handle the excavated material in accordance with Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, and the conditions set out in Annex No. 6 of these tender conditions. The contractor is obliged to familiarise themselves with all generally binding legal regulations and valid standards relating to the subject of the public contract before submitting an offer. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that the public contract is fulfilled in accordance with all generally binding legal regulations and valid standards relating to the subject of the public contract. When carrying out the Work, i.e. during the implementation works, it is necessary to proceed in such a way as to continuously allow access for vehicles of the integrated rescue system, in particular vehicles of the fire and rescue service, vehicles of fire protection units and emergency medical services. The fulfilment also includes the performance of other construction, earthworks and related works and supplies which are essential for the proper fulfilment of the public contract. When fulfilling the public contract, the selected contractor is obliged to ensure the complete and flawless completion of all construction and assembly works and structures, including the supply of necessary materials, equipment essential for the proper completion of the operational building and further the performance of all activities related to the supply of construction and assembly works and structures, the implementation of which is essential for the proper completion of the building (e.g. site equipment, safety measures, etc.). The public contract also includes engineering activities essential for the implementation of the construction. The building is designed in accordance with the current legislation and respects the results of the surveys carried out to date. The implementation of the Work also includes: a) the preparation of documentation of the actual implementation of the Work in written form, b) the provision of all necessary surveys required for the proper implementation and completion of the Work, c) the provision and implementation of all organisational and construction-technological measures for the proper implementation of the Work, d) all work and supplies related to safety measures to protect people and property, e) the establishment, removal and provision of site facilities including connection to engineering networks, f) the disposal, removal and storage of demolished materials and construction waste at a landfill including the fee for storage in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, g) the restoration of all surfaces affected by the construction to their original state, h) the provision of workplace safety and environmental protection, i) the performance of the building handover, j) the provision of all necessary tests, certificates and inspections according to ČSN and any other legal or technical regulations valid at the time of implementation and handover of the Work, by which the achievement of the prescribed quality and prescribed technical parameters of the Work will be proven, care for non-transferred objects and structures of the building, their maintenance, insurance, etc., k) test protocols, inspection reports, certificates and documents according to Act No. 22/1997 Coll., on technical requirements for products and on the amendment and supplement of certain laws in the valid wording, declaration of conformity, list of recommended spare parts, prescribed protective and safety equipment, l) the obligation to take over the warranty and responsibility for guarantees, defects and deficiencies for the object. The contracting authority does not publish the estimated value of the public contract.
