Subject of these supplies: Framework agreement for the delivery of incontinence material. Explanation: Ter Heide is a care provider, started in 1971 and grown into an efficient, large-scale provision and is active on 4 campuses: Genk, Zonhoven, Borgloon and Tongeren and houses more than 400 residents today and has 650 employees. Various care functions are organized on each campus: living, day care, crisis care, accommodation, holiday care, support in home situation,… Our residents are very vulnerable people with a serious, multiple mental disability. This contract concerns the delivery of incontinence material for a period of 4 years, starting from 01/07/2027 to end on 30/06/2031. A framework agreement will be concluded with one supplier who will be responsible for the delivery of incontinence material. The conditions of the contracts based on the framework agreement will be fully specified in the tender, with the exception of the quantities to be delivered. The agreement can be terminated at any time by the contracting authority with a notice period of six (6) months, to be communicated by registered letter. The termination does not entitle the contractor to compensation. Delivery location: - I.G.L. / Ter Heide, Klotstraat 125 te 3600 Genk The maximum value of the framework agreement amounts to 940,000 euros excl. VAT. The contracting authority points out to the registrants that the determination of the mentioned maximum value has not been based on the estimated quantities included in the inventory and that this maximum value consequently does not form an indication of the tender amount with which can be registered. It concerns, however, the maximum value of the framework agreement, determined on the basis of the maximum quantities that can be ordered over all orders that can be placed within the framework agreement. To control the size of the order, the expenditures within the framework agreement will be monitored and reported by the supplier to the contracting authority and measures will be taken if necessary to prevent the maximum value of the order from being exceeded. Entering into a contract based on the above tender does not give the contractor an exclusive right. During the term of the contract, deliveries, identical or analogous to those described in the above tender, can be carried out by other suppliers. The contractor cannot claim any compensation on this account. Lot 2: Toilet and care products, nitrile gloves: Explanation: This lot concerns the delivery of toilet and care products and various sizes of nitrile gloves.
