Geographical situation: Area of the agglomeration of Grand Chambéry, Aix-les-Bains and surrounding municipalities, Montmélian and surrounding municipalities. The framework agreement with maximum is awarded under the provisions of Articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code. Each lot will be subject to a separate award. The estimated amounts are indicative and include the totality of the renewal periods. Each lot will be awarded to a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders). In the case of a group of economic operators, the form desired by the contracting authority is a joint venture with a solidary lead operator. If the awarding group is of a different form, it may be required to ensure its transformation to comply with the contracting authority's wish. The same provider cannot act as a lead operator for several groups relating to a lot within the framework of the framework agreement.
