The lawyer for public procurement supports the Legal Support Team within the Contracts pillar of the Central Service Delivery department. This team consists of five lawyers. The lawyer combines legal expertise with tailored advice, follows up on files, and ensures the correct application of legislation. The job description includes, but is not limited to: ● Providing first-line legal support in the preparation, drafting, and execution of public procurement; ● Conducting legal review of documents such as tender documents, award reports, claims, and other contractual documents; ● Providing proactive and reactive legal advice to colleagues and other internal stakeholders; ● Monitoring and correctly applying relevant legislation within the scope of AWV.
