The present contract is a joint public services contract for the Fondation Kanal and its agencies: · AGENCE KANAL F&B (Food & Beverage) SRL (BCE1014.559.919) responsible for the management and operation of the five catering spaces created within the KANAL museum (Bar-Brasserie, Restaurant, Bakery, Kiosk and Rooftop) · AGENCE KANAL EXPERIENCE SRL (BCE 1016.885.246) responsible for the reception and mediation staff, the management of entry rights to the site, retail spaces (the shop and culture market), publications and hosting events · AGENCE KANAL HOSPITALITY SRL (BCE 1016.905.933) responsible for the temporary provision of spaces for the organisation of events and the provision of associated services, as well as the B2B sale of combined offers · AGENCE KANAL DEVELOPMENT SRL (BCE 1021.790.575) responsible for sponsorships, partnerships, patronage and advertising management. It aims to conclude insurance contracts in the field of Personal Insurance, Material Damage Insurance, Liability Insurance and Motor Insurance. The contract is divided into 3 lots: Lot 1: Personal Insurance Lot 2: Material Damage Insurance (this lot does not include the fire insurance of the KANAL museum, a specific contract will be launched later) Lot 3: Liability Insurance and Motor Insurance The contract is reserved for insurance companies.
