France – Repair and maintenance services of boilers – ACCORD-CADRE DE PRESTATIONS D'ENTRETIEN DES INSTALLATIONS INDIVIDUELLES DE PRODUCTION DE CHAUFFAGE, D'EAU CHAUDE SANITAIRE ET INSTALLATIONS COLLECTIVES DE VENTILATIONS DE LOGIAL-COOP 91 ET 94

This framework agreement concerns the provision of maintenance services for water heaters, boilers, flue gas evacuation systems, and ventilation installations for the LOGIAL-COOP estate. It includes a part with unit prices and a part with lump sums. The lump sum part covers: o maintenance, monitoring, and upkeep (P2); o major maintenance and full warranty (P3). The part with purchase orders covers: o additional services not included in the lump sum part. The purchase order part of the framework agreement is executed as needs arise through the issuance of purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The purchase order part is concluded in accordance with Article R.2162-4-2° without a minimum and with a maximum set annually at 200,000 euro(s) excl. VAT, i.e. 600,000 euro(s) excl. VAT for the entire duration of the framework agreement. The framework agreement is single-provider. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of one year from 1 October 2026 or the date of notification if that date is later. The framework agreement may be renewed tacitly 2 times for periods of 12 months, unless LOGIAL-COOP notifies otherwise 3 months before the contract anniversary date. The total duration of the framework agreement may not exceed 3 years and will end at the latest on 30 September 2029.
