Croatia – System maintenance services – usluge osnovnog i proširenog održavanja Sustava katastra infrastrukture

The subject of the procurement is the services of basic and extended maintenance of the Infrastructure Cadastre System (SKI). The basic maintenance service consists of corrective and preventive maintenance, user support for the SKI system and management activities, coordination and integration with other services, processes and projects within the institutions of the Purchaser, regardless of whether they already exist or will be established during the term of this framework agreement. The extended maintenance services of the Infrastructure Cadastre System consist of adaptive maintenance, special services and the import of owner/manager infrastructure data in the specified exchange format into the SKI system.
