Croatia – Vessel repair services – Usluga sanacije štete te pregleda oplate u suhom doku plutajućeg objekta RK PLO 39 - Galeb

The subject of the procurement are the services: - towing the floating object RK PLO 39 – Galeb to the shipyard, - repairing the damage caused by the collision of the ship "Deniz Akay" with the bow of the floating object RK PLO 39 Galeb on 13 February 2026 and - cleaning the underwater part of the floating object in a dry dock and inspection with measurement of the plate thickness. The detailed description of the subject of the procurement, i.e. the type and scope of the services and technical specifications, are defined in ANNEX 2. The cost estimate, which is an integral part of this Procurement Documentation. The bidder is obliged to offer the subject of the procurement in accordance with the data in the aforementioned annex, as well as all other conditions set out in the Procurement Documentation. The ship Galeb is a movable cultural property entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under number Z 2982, by the Decision KLASE: UP/I-612-08/06-06/0202; URBROJ: 532-04-01-1/4-06-2 of 30 October 2006 and the Decision Supplement KLASE: UP/I-612-08/06-06/0202; URBROJ: 532-04-01-01/4-10-71 of 08 February 2010. The supervision of the renovation and modification of the ship Galeb is carried out by: - expert supervision by the Ministry of Culture, the Department for the Protection of Cultural Heritage, the competent Conservation Department, - expert and financial supervision by the construction supervisor appointed by the Contracting Authority and - technical supervision, inspection and certification of the ship by the Croatian Register of Shipping – hereinafter HRB or another recognised organisation which HRB must accept as equivalent.
