DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF PROCUREMENT: The subject of the procurement is the service of regular maintenance and repair of air-conditioning equipment in the Contracting Authority's facilities, according to locations.

GROUP 1 includes the repair and regular maintenance of split system air-conditioning units, with options: mono split (outdoor unit with one indoor unit), dual split (outdoor unit with two indoor units), trial split (outdoor unit with three indoor units) and window air conditioners. Indoor units are wall-mounted and ceiling-mounted. The devices are from various manufacturers (a total of 26) and various models/types. The air-conditioning units are located at ZET-A locations at Trešnjevka – Ozaljska ulica 105, Podsused – Kovinska ulica 32, Dubrava – Ulica Dragutina Mandla 5, Velika Gorica – Zagrebačka ulica 46, and ZET-A facilities in Zagreb, Velika Gorica, Sesvete and Zaprešić, such as bus and tram terminals and ticket offices. GROUP 2 includes the repair and regular maintenance of the „Samsung“ brand VRF air-conditioning systems installed in building „8“ at Trešnjevka, Puljska ulica 2. The list of units of the air-conditioning system of group 3, the maintenance of which is the subject of this procurement, is in the cost estimate. GROUP 3 includes the repair and regular maintenance of the „Panasonic“ brand VRF air-conditioning systems installed in the Tramway Workshop and Tramway Service at Trešnjevka, Ozaljska ulica 105, Bus Depot at Podsused, Kovinska ulica 32, and the Bus and Tram Depot at Dubrava, Ulica Dragutina Mandla 5a. The list of units of the air-conditioning system of group 4, the maintenance of which is the subject of this procurement, is in the cost estimate. GROUP 4 includes the repair and regular maintenance of the „Mitsubishi Electric“ brand air-conditioning cabinets installed in the office of the Traffic Control, Management and Development Service, Balokovićeva 77. The list of units of the air-conditioning cabinets of group 5, the maintenance of which is the subject of this procurement, is in the cost estimate. Offers can be submitted for one, several or all groups of the subject of the procurement.
