With a background in an overall plan, an investment program and a disposition proposal, the total consultancy for the urban area of Akseltorv and Nicolaiplads in Kolding Midtby is now being carried out. The total consultant will be tasked with detailed design, tendering and realisation of the project. The aim is to create a more vibrant, attractive and inviting city centre. The total economic framework is DKK 52,150,000 excl. VAT, of which approx. 32 million is allocated for the purchase of contracting services. The project will be divided into phases and there will be 2 staggered enterprise tenders. There is a requirement that a smaller part of the project starts in 2026. With the present tender notice, interested parties are invited to apply for participation in the tender.
