Renovation and expansion of the heating supply for existing and new multi-purpose buildings. The existing buildings will be supplied by 40 ground heat probes à 135 m (separate submission) and two brine-water heat pumps. The existing gas boilers will be replaced. The new multi-purpose building (MZG) will receive two air-water heat pumps and a booster heat pump for hot water preparation. The heat distribution in the existing building will be adapted and supplemented. In the new building, heat will be dissipated via floor heating and air heaters. Additionally, free cooling, hot water storage, and measurement, control, and regulation technology are planned. The scope of services includes delivery, installation, commissioning, and adjustment of the entire heating systems.
