Poland – Public road transport services – Świadczenie usług dowozu i odwozu uczniów do i ze szkół podstawowych na terenie Gminy Świebodzin w roku szkolnym 2026/2027

The subject of the contract is the provision of services for transporting and returning pupils to and from primary schools in the Świebodzin Municipality for the 2026/2027 school year. 1.1. The subject of the contract is the implementation, from 1 September 2026 to 25 June 2027, of transport services - school transport, based on monthly pupil tickets for those travelling to primary schools within the Świebodzin Municipality. 1.2. Pupils are to be transported (picked up and dropped off) on school days to the following primary schools: Szkoły Podstawowej nr 1 w Świebodzinie, ul. Gen. Sikorskiego 11, Szkoły Podstawowej nr 2 w Świebodzinie, ul. Park Chopina 1, Szkoły Podstawowej nr 3 w Świebodzinie, ul. Łużycka 33, Szkoły Podstawowej nr 7 w Świebodzinie, ul. Zachodnia 74 a, Zespołu Edukacyjnego nr 1 w Świebodzinie, os. Łużyckie 28, Zespołu Edukacyjnego w Gościkowie, Gościkowo 9, Specjalnego Ośrodka Szkolno-Wychowawczego w Świebodzinie, ul. Żaków 1. 1.3. Transport will be used based on monthly tickets issued by the Contractor. The number of pupils, along with guardians assigned from the schools, and the hours of transport will be based on the current lesson plans of the individual schools. 1.4. The Purchaser, through authorised school directors, will provide the Contractor with an up-to-date list of pupils being transported and agree on the hours (pick-ups and drop-offs) at each school before the start of each month, but no later than the 20th of each month from September 2026 to June 2027. In case of a change in the lesson plan, the directors will inform the Contractor with a 7-day notice of any changes that have occurred. The return of tickets for a given month may result in a reduction of the Contractor's remuneration and may be made by the 10th of each month for the given period of contract implementation. 1.5. The Contractor's transport means will meet the European emission standard of at least EURO3 and will be properly marked according to their character. 1.6. The estimated number of pupils is 534 during the contract implementation. 2. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the principles and conditions described in the Contract Template, which is Annex 11 to the SWZ.
