Netherlands – Construction work – Raamovereenkomst Duurzaamheid en EML-maatregelen

The contract concerns the integral preparation and realisation of energy-saving measures (EML) within the real estate portfolio of Defensie, with the aim of ensuring that the buildings comply with the legal energy-saving requirement in a timely manner and contributing to the sustainability of the Rijksvastgoed. The task is characterised by a large scale, high time pressure and the need for scaling up, with the EML measures to be realised by the end of 2029 at the latest.
