France – Health and safety consultancy services – Missions de coordination en matière de sécurité et de protection de la santé pour le domaine routier et fluvial du Département de la Somme

The services will be the subject of a framework agreement with order forms, with no minimum amount and a maximum annual amount of 70 000,00 euro(s) excluding tax for each lot, awarded to a single economic operator, in accordance with Articles R.2162-2 and R.2162-4 of the Public Procurement Code and executed as needed by the Department of the Somme. The present framework agreement with order forms is concluded for a period of 1 year, from the date of notification. It may be renewed 3 times, up to a maximum period of 4 years, by tacit renewal in accordance with Article R.2112-4 of the Public Procurement Code.
