The scope of the contract involves implementing an integrated system that includes the following components: - Mobility card for public transport journeys of ROC van Twente employees for home-work commuting and business trips with associated services; - Registration, facilitation and advice on trip registration and processing of home-work commuting and business trips. The contractor must contribute to: - Sustainability: Reducing CO2 emissions from travel movements to decrease the ecological footprint; - Simplifying current administrative burdens for both employees, managers and M&O staff; - Facilitating carpooling; - Meeting the reporting obligations as prescribed by the Wet Personenvervoer (WPM); - Booking parking spaces at the designated locations of ROC van Twente, matching individual parking rights of the employee; - Access and management of parking areas and facilities and see tender documents
