The subject of the procedure and the contract is the selection of a Contractor for the successive (in batches) supply of reagents produced by Merck Life Science, for the organizational units of the Jagiellonian University – Collegium Medicum in Krakow, intended in particular for activities in the field of teaching, statutory, scientific, research and experimental-development. 1.1 In accordance with Article 257 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the subject of the procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate for the financing of the contract have not been granted to it. 1.2 The subject of the contract may be financed or co-financed in particular from the funds of the European Union or other funds obtained within the framework of projects or agreements or external programs or grants, etc., both currently being implemented by the Jagiellonian University – Collegium Medicum, and those to be implemented in the future. 1.3 The detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the quantitative list of reagents, is contained in Annex A to the SWZ, which is also the price calculation form and the current catalogue of the producer Merck Life Science available on the producer's website, i.e. https://www.sigmaaldrich.com/PL/pl , which contains reagents not included in Annex A to the SWZ, but covered by the subject of the contract. This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the SWZ, which may result, for example, from the answers given to the questions of the Contractors. 1.4 The Contracting Authority reserves the right to renew the contract, which involves repeating the subject of the contract for a period equal to the period of implementation of the agreement before the renewal or until the maximum gross value of the agreement after the renewal is used up, whichever event occurs first, while the Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the implementation period of the agreement after the renewal within the amount that remains to be used. 2.
