Building B703 is a primary building used for ground handling activities. The building consists of four parts: B703, B703a, B703b and B703f. The intended aim of the project is the renovation of building sections 703a, b and f, with a total warehouse area of 12,500m², and to extend the lifespan by 15 years. Note: building section B703 falls outside the scope of these works. The scope of the renovation works includes, among others: • Bringing into line with current fire and safety regulations; • Redesigning 5,000m² of existing offices, as well as sanitary and other functional spaces to BAC standards; • Disconnecting the existing heat network and upgrading the technical installations of both offices and warehouse (sprinklers, HVAC, electricity,…); • (Energy) renovations to the building and building envelope, in line with efficient technical installations; • Aesthetic quality: modern look and feel of the building.
