Germany – Retail trade services – Einrichtung und Betrieb von Souvenir-Shops am Flughafen BER (Konzession)

The subject of the procurement procedure is the rental of 6 individual areas for souvenir shops, which are rented out in a single package to a retailer/licensee at their own economic risk (concession). The lease agreement will include, among other things, operational obligations and assortment bindings. The contract begins with the award of the contract, and the start of service provision for the first 3 rental areas/souvenir shops is no later than 01.07.2027. The contract ends for all areas on 31.12.2037.
