1.The procedure is conducted as an unrestricted tender with a contract value exceeding the EU thresholds, pursuant to Article 132 of the Pzp Act.

1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of medical products to the Pharmacy Warehouse of the Contracting Authority, hereinafter referred to as the "Products".

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the type, minimum parameters, and quantities of the individual Products, is specified in the assortment-price forms, which are successively Annex No. 1.1 – 1.18 to the Offer Form, which is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
