Belgium – Repair and maintenance services of security equipment – Dienstencontract voor het uitvoeren van 1ste en 2de lijn onderhoudsactiviteiten op veiligheidsscreening apparatuur te Brussels Airport

Framework agreement with a base duration of 5 years, extendable once by 2 years and a second time by 1 year, concerning the management of security screening equipment, mainly the following: • Ensuring a 24/7 presence on site to enable immediate first-line interventions. • Planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance for ETD-, LED-, WTMD- and SAMD- security screening equipment (first and second line). • Planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance for X-ray scanners for staff and passenger baggage (first and second line). • Planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance for X-ray scanners for Out of Gauge (OOG) baggage (first and second line). • Executing interventions on HBS X-ray scanners and the central matrix system (first line). • Managing the stock of spare parts owned by Brussels Airport Company (BAC). • Managing the stock of operational consumables owned by BAC. • Executing first- and second-line interventions on all security screening-related field hardware (workstations, operator stations for both HBS and remote screening) within the domain of System Engineering.
