The subject of the Public Procurement is the provision of services of an international accelerator for the contracting authority. The specific configuration of the accelerator services beyond the minimum parameters of fulfilment will be the subject of negotiations with participants within the negotiation procedure with publication. The contracting authority expects the following scope of basic services of the international accelerator: -Acceleration of startups -Mentoring -Organization of events (conferences, hackathons, workshops, etc.), implementation/support of pilot projects with partners -Networking -Active involvement of regional stakeholders (academic, public or business sphere) -Access to international investor networks and the existing ecosystem of the selected supplier -Incubation services for foreign startups -Expert support across the startup lifecycle -Involvement in global innovation networks -Development of entrepreneurship and acquisition of funding -Operation of physical infrastructure (coworking) -Attraction and recruitment of talent to the Zlín Region Target group of the international accelerator: -Early and emerging startups (local and foreign) -Startup teams led by foreign founders -Spin-offs from universities and research institutions -Teams with an innovative concept Duration and schedule of the acceleration programme: -Three-year acceleration programme with the possibility of extension for another cycle, see below -Required number of programme runs per year (e.g. min. 2 calls per year) The contracting authority reserves the right to change the commitment from the contract to the Public Procurement, in accordance with § 100 para. 1 ZZVZ, and that in relation to the scope of services, where, after the completion of the three-year acceleration programme, it may be extended for another cycle of up to three years. The change of commitment may occur on the basis of a call from the contracting authority. Details of the mechanism for initiating the reserved change of commitment will be part of the contract proposal. The provision of services will also include related reporting and cooperation with the contracting authority to the extent determined by the tender conditions.
