Greece – Tramway passenger coaches – ΑΝΟΙΚΤΟΣ ΔΙΕΘΝΗΣ ΗΛΕΚΤΡΟΝΙΚΟΣ ΔΙΑΓΩΝΙΣΜΟΣ ΓΙΑ ΤΗΝ ΑΝΑΒΑΘΜΙΣΗ ΣΥΡΜΩΝ ΚΑΙ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ ΚΛΙΜΑΤΙΣΤΙΚΩΝ ΣΕ ΣΥΡΜΟΥΣ ΠΟΥ ΕΞΥΠΗΡΕΤΟΥΝ ΤΙΣ ΓΡΑΜΜΕΣ 2 & 3 ΤΟΥ ΜΕΤΡΟ ΑΘΗΝΑΣ

The contract to be awarded, in order to achieve better operational results, is also tendered as a "turn-key project", in the sense that the Contractor undertakes, within the framework of the detailed specifications and functional requirements of the present notice, to deliver each of the twelve (12) trains of six (6) vehicles of Series I, that is, a total of seventy-two (72) vehicles, fully upgraded, with a service life of 25 years from the completion of the contract. Briefly, the subject matter includes, according to the terms of the set of contractual lots: A1) The preparation of the Study. A2) The upgrading, testing and commissioning of twelve (12) trains, of the six (6) vehicles of each with a nominal operating voltage of 750Vdc. A3) The provision of special tools, diagnostic test equipment and simulator, as defined in the Contract. A4) The three-year warranty of proper operation of the trains and the provision of the spare parts and consumables of the commissioning period, as well as the spare parts and consumables of the warranty period required for these periods. A5) The drafting and submission of the documentation lots, the maintenance and operation manuals and the illustrated spare parts catalogs. A6) The training of the STASY personnel. B) The provision of initial support spare parts, as analytically included in the attached document of the economic offer "Initial Support Spare Parts List". The above-mentioned required supplies and services, as well as their detailed technical specifications, are described in the Technical Specifications section (hereinafter TS). The items to be supplied are classified under the following CPV codes of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): • 34622100-4 Passenger coaches for urban railways. • 34630000-2 Parts of railway or tramway traction or traction stock; equipment for controlling railway traffic. • 50222000-7 Services for repair and maintenance of rolling stock. The estimated value of the contract amounts to one hundred and nine million euros (109,000,000 €) excluding VAT. The budget is broken down as follows: A) For the above-mentioned items numbered A1 to A6, the amount of one hundred and six million five hundred thousand Euros (106,500,000 €) excluding VAT. B) For the above-mentioned item numbered B, the amount of two million and five hundred thousand Euros (2,500,000 €) excluding VAT. It is noted that the economic offers to be submitted will not exceed the total budget, but also not the individual budgets of the above-mentioned fields (A) and (B).
