The Catholic Kindertageseinrichtungen Altmühlfranken-Nordschwaben gGmbH plans to construct a replacement building for the Kindertagesstätte St. Otto in Heilsbronn. The north-western part of the existing building (children's nursery) is to be retained and integrated into the replacement building. On the remaining plot of land, the replacement building for 3 kindergarten groups is to be provided, taking into account the subsidisable space programme of the Government of Middle Franconia. The basement located in the area of the replacement building is to be retained. The building structure present in the group room III and ancillary room must be retained due to an ongoing grant commitment. The contracting authority has had a feasibility study prepared prior to the tendering procedure, which is to be understood as a basic approach to solving the task and takes into account the aforementioned requirements. The subject of the tender are the services of the project planning according to Part 3, Section 1 HOAI 2021 of the performance phases 1 to 9.
