4. Subject of the Contract 4.1. The subject of the contract is the supply in the form of an operating lease with an option to purchase a brand new baling press for waste, equipped with a PET bottle perforator and a new loading conveyor for the press, along with installation, hereinafter referred to as the “leased item.” 4.2. Requirements for the baling press, i.e. required technical parameters and required minimum equipment, are specified in the contract description – Annex No. 1 to SWZ 4.3. Insurance of the channel press is the responsibility of the Purchaser. 4.4. Requirements for the operating lease: ●lease settled in PLN, ●48 lease instalments ●Lease instalments are equal, fixed, and unchanging throughout the lease period, with the exception of changes permitted directly in the provisions of the draft agreement. ●The base rate WIBOR 1M as of the date of sending the notice to the Official Journal of the European Union serves solely for the calculation of the offer and does not automatically change the instalments after the conclusion of the agreement. ●Instalments payable starting from the month following the delivery of the subject of the contract on the 10th day of each month, ●the value of the advance payment – 1 500 000,00 PLN net + VAT, ●advance payment payable within 7 days of signing the lease agreement, ●option to purchase, ●value of purchasing the leased item after the expiry of the lease agreement – 1% of the value of the leased item /increased by VAT/ 4.5. Warranty period – at least 24 months /without engine hour limit/ 4.6. Service conditions: service by an authorized representative of the manufacturer. 4.7. The machine must be technically sound, ready for use, and free from legal defects. 6.6. The Purchaser designates at least two dates for the local inspection - 28 July 2026 and 30 July 2026, between 10:00-14:00. At least 2 business days before the designated dates for the local inspection, each potential Contractor shall notify the Purchaser in writing to the address [email protected] of their intention to participate in the local inspection. After such notification, the Purchaser will immediately inform the Contractor of the exact time of the local inspection.
