SBH | Schulbau Hamburg is tasked with planning, constructing, maintaining and managing school properties in accordance with educational needs and economic principles, and leasing the approximately 350 schools to the Authority for Schools and Vocational Training. The school properties include all sites and buildings used for educational purposes by state and vocational schools. The total area of all general and vocational state schools is approximately 9.1 million m², and the main usable area is approximately 3.1 million m². In this capacity, SBH has been commissioned to undertake new construction and replacement construction at the site of Kupferredder 12 in 22399 Hamburg.
