The target of this dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is security equipment and related services for Hansel Oy's customers. The security equipment to be procured through the dynamic purchasing system is:

• Cash, fire safety, and key cabinets

• Weapon cabinets

• Fire-protected archive boxes

• Data security cabinets

• Clothing and locker cabinets

• Additional accessories and equipment related to the above-mentioned products

The services related to the products to be procured with the DPS are:

• Consulting and design services

• Installation service

• Warranty maintenance service

• Preventive and corrective maintenance service and repair work

• Service for picking up old products

• Recycling service

• Training and further training

The target of the DPS is described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its annexes, especially in the annex "Target of the Dynamic Purchasing System". During the validity period of the DPS, all interested candidates may submit an application to participate in it. The DPS is valid until the date indicated in the procurement notice, unless it is terminated or amended while the DPS is in force. Hansel Oy's customers carry out procurements among the approved candidates in the DPS through internal competitions, which may take place throughout the entire procurement phase of the DPS. The procurement phase of the DPS begins after the establishment phase on 10.6.2026 and ends when the validity period of the DPS ends. The duration of the procurement contract may be a maximum of eight (8) years and may be in force until 31.12.2034 at the latest. Orders must be delivered no later than six (6) months after the expiry of the procurement contract. Deviating from the above, the procurement contract may be in force for a maximum of ten (10) years from the end of the dynamic purchasing system for the part where services related to the products under the dynamic purchasing system, such as maintenance services, are procured.

DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM SCOPE

The estimated total value of the dynamic purchasing system is a maximum of 20 000 000 euros (excluding VAT).

Electronic auctioning may be used in the internal competitions of the DPS.
