The subject of the procurement is the supply of sparkling and still mineral water to Military Units in the area of responsibility of the 3rd Regional Logistics Base in 2027. 2. The scope of the procurement includes 13 tasks specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Price List (sheets for tasks 1-13). The above tasks relate to VII (seven) areas/locations of delivery indicated in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ – Delivery Places. 3. The conditions for the implementation of the procurement are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – Draft Contract Terms. 4. The description of the subject of the procurement is Annex No. 4 to the SWZ (individual assortment items are in separate files). 5. The Buyer envisages the possibility of exercising the right of option in respect of all tasks. 6. In order to confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements specified by the Buyer, the Buyer requires the submission of the relevant evidential means specified in the procurement documents. 7. The Buyer, in accordance with Article 107(2) of the Pzp Act, envisages the supplementation of the evidential means, in the event that the contractor does not submit them with the offer or the evidential means submitted with the offer are incomplete. 8. The Buyer does not require the submission of a bid bond in this procedure. 9. The Buyer requires the submission of a guarantee of proper performance of the contract.
