Under this contract, supervision activities will be ensured for 15 works contracts, 1 supply contract and 1 SCADA services contract: The supervision activities will be carried out in the following stages/phases: 1. Pre-construction phase activities 2. Activities during the mobilization period of the Works Contractors 3. Execution phase activities 4. Activities in the reception phase upon completion of the works 5. Activities during the warranty period 6. Activities upon completion of the works contracts. NOTE: Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 19 Deadline by which the contracting entity will respond to requests for clarification/additional information: 11 days before the deadline set for the receipt of tenders. Any reference in the present award documentation (including the present terms of reference), by which a particular origin, source, production, a special process, a trade mark or brand, a patent, and/or a manufacturing license, a standard, an authorization/certification/approval, a service or a requirement is indicated, shall be read and interpreted as being accompanied by the mention “or equivalent”.
