The subject of the procurement is to be financed from the budget grant of the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship. The contracting authority will cancel the procurement procedure pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act (Pzp) if the public funds intended to finance all or part of the procurement are not granted to it. 1. The subject of the procurement is the purchase of a microscope slide scanner along with a platform for evaluating slides. The subject of the procurement is described in detail in the tender form (Annex No. 1) and the procurement subject description (Annex No. 2 – OPZ). 2. The procurement has not been divided into parts (lots). The contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial offers. 3. Reason for not dividing into parts: The subject of the procurement has a unitary character, and dividing the procurement into parts would result in excessive organisational, technical difficulties, additional execution costs, and the need to coordinate the actions of different contractors implementing the procurement.
