The contract relates to a framework agreement for the purchase and delivery of the following product categories of piping materials to the purchasing body: PE pipes and electrical fittings Slide valves with fittings Plug-in valve - POM with welding end for direct welding to PE pipes and plug-in to PE pipes Mechanical assembly The expected turnover of the agreement (4 years) amounts to: 21,305,514 DKK. The expected turnover of the agreement is calculated based on previous activity/consumption and expected activity from the project plan with the assumptions known at the time of the tender. The expected turnover is therefore not binding for the purchasing body. The same applies to the quantities indicated in the tender list, which are to be seen as representative of consumption from project plans. The total maximum turnover for the entire term of the agreement incl. extensions (4x12 months), is calculated from the purchasing body's estimated turnover + 50 %. The maximum turnover of the agreement is 63,916,541 DKK. In the calculation of the maximum quantity and value, particular account has been taken of price developments, uncertainty about needs, geopolitical crises, pandemics, and political decisions. Purchasing body's area The framework agreement contains an amendment clause regarding changes in the circle of participating supply companies, so that supply companies can enter or exit during the contract period in line with changes in the ownership circle behind the contractor. The purchasing body notes that Faxe Vandforsyning participates in a voluntary framework agreement.
