Based on the Framework Agreement concluded with one supplier, the contracting authority will award a public contract based on the Framework Agreement, always on the basis of a written invitation to tender for the public contract and the conclusion of the Order. The contracting authority will implement individual public contracts on the basis of Orders concluded in accordance with its operational needs, to which the selected supplier is obliged to comply with at any time without reservation. The fulfilment of the Framework Agreement is not subject to any minimum purchase. The subject of the public contract is the supply of plush, plastic and wooden animal-themed toys, paper goods, tableware and textiles. (The subject of the public contract is not the supply of promotional and branded goods.)
