The order has been divided into 2 parts: 1) Part 1 of the order – „Watercourses I”, covering the following watercourses: - Bródka Stream – from km 0+000 to 1+260, - Lotniczy Ditch – from km 0+000 to 1+420, - „k/Pastwiska” Ditch – from km 0+000 to 0+489, - „Od Strusinki” Ditch – from km 0+000 to 0+790. The scope of the conservation works includes, in particular, the following works: a) mowing of watercourse banks, b) mowing a strip of min. 1 m wide along the upper edges of both banks, c) removal or mulching of mowed vegetation, d) desilting the bed and banks of watercourses with the planting or disposal of silt, e) desilting culverts, f) removing obstructions from the bed of watercourses, g) cutting back overgrowth and self-seeded plants from the watercourse channel, h) removal, clearing of litter and waste with disposal, i) minor repairs to the existing bed and bank reinforcement on the Bródka Stream and Lotniczy Ditch. 2) Part 2 of the order – „Watercourses II”, covering the following watercourses: - „D” Ditch – from km 0+000 to 0+730, - Jaracza Ditch – from km 0+000 to 1+260, - Bagienko Ditch – from km 0+000 to 2+100, - „Od Nowego Cmentarza” Ditch – from km 0+000 to 0+213. The scope of the conservation works includes, in particular, the following works: a) mowing of watercourse banks, b) mowing a strip of min. 1 m wide along the upper edges of both banks, c) removal or mulching of mowed vegetation, d) desilting the bed and banks of watercourses with the planting or disposal of silt, e) profiling banks, f) desilting culverts, g) removing obstructions from the bed of watercourses, h) cutting back overgrowth and self-seeded plants from the watercourse channel, i) removal, clearing of litter and waste with disposal, j) minor repairs to the existing bed and bank reinforcement on all ditches. The detailed description of the subject of the order includes work descriptions and quantities, constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ. The quality requirements related to the conservation of watercourses are contained in Annexes numbered 1 to the Draft Contract Terms, constituting Annexes 10a and 10b to the SWZ.
