In the course of remedying the deficiencies in the completed risk assessments (GBU) of more than 850 elevator systems in the inventory of GESOBAU AG, the planning, tendering and construction supervision for the rectification of the remaining defects will be commissioned. The planning services relate to the elevator systems in the inventory of GESOBAU. The work is divided into Lots 1-3 and includes the following planned measures: - Lot 1: Replacement systems/Complete replacement – 15 systems - Lot 2: Modernisation (with maintenance tender) – 31 systems - Lot 3: Implementation of GBU measures for 16 systems from different manufacturers.
