Belgium – Insurance services – MARCHÉ DE SERVICES D'ASSURANCES

§1. The present contract is a contract for insurance services, which fall under CPV codes 66510000-8 and subsequent. §2. The contract consists of the renewal of the insurance policies of the contracting authorities adhering to a purchasing central organised by the ASBL FASD, responsible for the award of the contract. It aims to conclude a framework agreement with all terms set with a single economic operator per lot in accordance with Article 43 §1 to 4 inclusive of the law of 17 June 2016. After the award of the contract, the Contracting Authority and the PABs will each, individually, be responsible for the execution of the subsequent contracts (orders placed) concerning them. Consequently, they will place orders according to their respective needs, for the entire duration of the validity of the contract. The conditions of the contract provide for separate billing and payment for each entity party to the present framework agreement, each being responsible for the subsequent contract concerning them. By its offer, the tenderer selected per lot undertakes to carry out the service provisions in compliance with these contractual and technical prescriptions. §3. The present framework agreement has as its object the award of the following lots: LOT 1. Work accident insurance and extra-legal guarantees (private life + guaranteed salary) LOT 2. Civil liability for operation and professional LOT 3. Omnium Mission LOT 4. Damage — Section 1: Fire / Section 2: All risks for electronic equipment LOT 5. Cyber insurance.
