The City of Helsinki's Urban Environment Division is establishing a dynamic purchasing system, within which the procurement of property batteries and other energy storage solutions will be tendered. The dynamic purchasing system is in force until the end of 2035, unless the purchasing unit shortens or extends the duration of the dynamic purchasing system. During the duration of the dynamic purchasing system, all interested candidates can submit an application to participate. The operation and target of the dynamic purchasing system are described in more detail in the application for participation and its annexes. The dynamic purchasing system is preparing for future procurement needs, which will be implemented in sufficient quantity to achieve the targets. The contracting authority is not committed to any procurement quantities.
