Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Errichtung einer Flusswasser-Wärmepumpe an der Elbe in Dresden Los 3 Wasserbauplanung (Lph 2-9)

For the development of a heat source, SachsenEnergie AG intends to construct a heat pump plant (WPA) with a thermal capacity of up to 50 MW in Dresden, in the riverbank area and thus in the floodplain of the Elbe. The objective of the planning task is the complete planning of the river water extraction for a river water heat pump in the project area. This includes, in particular, the intake and discharge structure on the Elbe, the associated intake and all necessary screening plants including technical equipment, pipelines, necessary hydraulic adaptations as well as all construction aids and special foundation measures required for implementation. The planning must be carried out in such a way that a technically functional, economical, permitable and operationally safe overall solution is created. In this context, the interfaces with the plant engineering and construction planning must be clearly defined and coordinated across disciplines. The planning task also includes the technical support and coordination of the necessary expert reports and specialist planning by third parties.
