Denmark – Washing and dry-cleaning services – Vask, leje og levering af linned til Jysk Fællesindkøb

The procurement concerns laundry, rental and delivery of linen to Jysk Fællesindkøb. The contract is valid for Favrskov, Skanderborg, Syddjurs and Viborg Municipality. The contract is valid for the contracting authority's units that use a laundry/rental system for linen. Linen includes, among other things, sheets, towels and duvets. This is a laundry, rental and delivery agreement, which in this context means that the supplier purchases, washes, maintains and handles all tasks related to logistics and administration, and ensures that there is always sufficient product related to the agreement. The procurement is carried out as an open procedure, pursuant to the Public Procurement Act, LBK no. 116 of 03/02/2025, which means that anyone can submit a tender. After the completion of the procurement, the municipalities participating in the procurement will deal with the selected supplier as individual legal entities. The agreement is expected to enter into force on 1 April 2027 and has a term of 4 years. The agreement can be extended by up to 2 x 24 months. Skanderborg Municipality is the contracting entity for the procurement.
