Switzerland – Real estate services – Ausschreibung Liegenschaftsverwaltung

The SVA Zürich intends to award the service for property management for its own properties to an external, long-term experienced service provider. The tendering process will be conducted in a selective procedure in accordance with the Federal Act on Public Procurement (BöB) and the cantonal tendering regulations. The services include the comprehensive commercial and technical management of the properties. The future contractor will be responsible for the proper operation, maintenance, and tenant support in the sense of sustainable and economical property management.
