The subject of the contract is the supply of de-icing salt/grit for winter road maintenance and for the production of brine for winter maintenance in the fine dust remediation area "Graz Metropolitan Area". In addition, the de-icing salt/grit is used to produce brine for winter maintenance. The scope of services includes in particular:•the initial filling of the existing spreading agent silo systems before the start of the winter season,•the demand-driven resupply of de-icing salt/grit during the winter season on call by the contracting authority,•ensuring sufficient delivery capacity throughout the entire contract period,•the delivery of a product suitable for winter maintenance and brine production.The award is made according to the best bid principle. The contract is awarded to the bid that is determined to be the most economically and technically advantageous bid on the basis of the award criteria set out in the tender documents.
